Returns & Damaged Items Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or other non-defective reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us at byshorashim@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Once the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective item, if a return is required. After the item is received and verified, we will replace it with the same item at no additional cost, subject to availability.

If the same item is unavailable, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Please do not send any item back without contacting us and receiving return instructions first.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
